Bailey Zoss has been a part of the Sportsplex West West family since 2013 and has been a coach since 2015. There’s no role that Bailey can’t fill. Her experiences in high school and collegiate volleyball has made her an excellent coach, and her flexibility and eagerness to learn has helped her excel in other Sportsplex West positions as well. As a coach, Bailey specializes in working with liberos and defensive specialists. She is passionate about skill development and helping players reach their full potential. It’s important to Bailey that she can share her joy for volleyball with her athletes so that they keep a strong love for the game.
