Sportsplex West is excited to announce a partnership with D1 Des Moines – Training. The 9000+ sq. ft facility will consist a state of the art weight room, top training equipment and a 7000 sq. ft turf area for maximum development. D1 is the premier speed, agility, strength and athletic development franchise in the country with the most cutting age workouts and athletic based programs anywhere. D1 will be housed inside Sportsplex West at 890 SE Olson Drive in Waukee.
D1 will offer programs for athletes 7U – Adult. Offerings will include classes for Rookies (ages 7-9), Devo (ages 10-14), Prep (ages 15-18) and Adult Boot camp and Strength Classes. Athletes can participate in memberships or individual personal training. The partnership will allow all Sportsplex West teams and affiliates access to D1 training programs and services, give athletes a full-spectrum experience of expert coaching and athletic development.
