Overview

Sticks Bat Speed is offering an 8-week youth program for ages 11 to 14. This program will be running for the months of June and July, every Tuesday and Thursday mornings with two time slots available. The program will incorporate the use of technology such as HitTrax, and Blast Motion. Each player will be taken through a comprehensive assessment at the beginning of June through OnBase U. By using this assessment, it will allow for us to find areas within the athletes’ movement patterns that we can improve. Following the assessment, we will be able to get the player a program focused towards improving their swing/movement patterns specifically.
