Athlete School
Curriculum:
Athlete School is a small group athletic development program that includes drills and exercises that are designed improve strength, power, speed, explosiveness and quickness, with an emphasis on legs and core. Our program seeks to improve athletic development such as neuromuscular coordination & balance, spatial awareness, and flexibility. The ultimate goal is to build a stronger, quicker, more agile and injury resistant athlete. Multiple exercises will be used to teach proper biomechanics and strengthen the whole body in a progressive approach to power and speed development. This is all done while athletes participate in a team environment with a quality and efficient training regimen written by highly qualified enhancement coaches. Athlete School’s program has proved itself time after time and transfers to a competitive advantage on the playing field.

Plex Training Academy – Athlete School - is dedicated to developing athletes of all ages at a reasonable price. Achieved by providing athletes a safe, positive environment, instilling a sense of confidence, work ethic and helping them achieve success on and off the field.
The Athlete School is an athletic enhancement academy that is designed to teach athletes how to maximize their potential and prevent injuries at the same time.

The SportsPlex Training Academy takes pride in providing our athlete’s results in the areas they are choosing to improve in… So we implement full blown testing days… This big part of the program for few reasons – gives the athlete a starting point, continues to track their progressions over their athletic career.
